Maxline Terms, Conditions & Policies


Payment Terms:


For customer convenience, we offer a variety of payment options for recognized firms and individual purchasers. A 50% deposit is required for most orders, with the balance due upon delivery. We also ship open account (net 30 days) to qualified Dunn & Bradstreet/TRW-rated firms using company Purchase Order (P.O.) numbers.

Credit Cards:


We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When placing an order, please furnish the following information:We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


  • Card holder's name as it appears on the card;
  • Credit card number;
  • Expiration date;
  • Telephone number.


Company Purchase Orders:


We welcome company PO's from approved firms. We can usually open a new account for your company within 24 hours. When placing an order, please include the following information:


  • Purchase Order number;
  • Complete shipping and billing addresses;
  • Name and telephone number of the authorizing official.


Custom Orders:


Custom case designs may require written approval. Emergency orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. For cases built from customer-supplied dimensions, we guarantee conformance with the dimensions provided.


For cases built to the customer's design and specifications, we cannot guarantee that the measurements provided are correct therefore cannot certify that the case will adequately protect the intended equipment or products. In such instances, all liability, financial, and otherwise, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.




We offer volume price breaks on most items, and extra discounts can be obtained for large quantity purchasers. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Quality Assurance:


All Maxline products are carefully inspected before shipment. However, should a problem arise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.


Returning Products:


For all returns, we require prior written authorization and shipment to our factory via prepaid freight. All returned products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.


Shipping Information:


All cases are normally shipped by the most cost effective method, usually UPS or common (USPS) carrier. However, we will gladly ship your order any method you specify. Exact shipping charges cannot be predetermined prior to actual shipping. All prices are quoted and products shipped F.O.B. Portland, Oregon, 97070, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Maxline Custom Cases, Inc.



IMPORTANT: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival for any damage. You, the recipient, in accordance with Federal L.C.C. regulations, must register any freight damage, including concealed damage, with the freight carrier. To avoid any misunderstandings, damage or shortages must be stated on the bill of lading before the delivery driver leaves.
